It's too slow
If you have a slower internet connection or are far from our servers, we recommend you try the classic version of Windows Live Hotmail. Go to Options --> More options --> "Click here to try the classic version." We are making both versions faster.
I asked for a feature or bug fix. Where is it?
Thanks for your feedback and patience! We must prioritize all customers' feature requests and bug fixes based on how severe the complaint is and how many people report it. You don't see it yet because there was a more urgent customer request.

The best way is to click the "feedback" link in the Windows Live icon above your e-mail. This will take you to the feedback site. We actually read these comments when planning each milestone.
How do I get on Windows Live Hotmail?
Most users have now been changed over to Windows Live Hotmail. Go to http://get.live.com/mail/overview to see if you're able to switch over.
How do I switch back to MSN Hotmail?
At this time, it is no longer possible to switch back to MSN Hotmail. If there are features you miss from MSN Hotmail, please let us know. We're focusing our effort on making Windows Live Hotmail even better, and we hope it's a step up for you.
What are the full and classic versions of Windows Live Hotmail?
The classic version is very similar to MSN Hotmail, but faster, easier to use, and has improved safety information. The full version offers Outlook-like features, such as drag-and-drop, right-click, and message previews. Choose your favorite in Options.
